Booking requests
When you book, we collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, country, travel dates, number of guests and any message you write. We use this data only to manage your stay and to contact you about it. Booking data is kept for the period required by accounting and tax obligations, then anonymised.
Contact form
Messages sent with the contact form are delivered to our e-mail and used only to answer you.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant answers questions using only the information published on this website. Your questions are sent to an artificial intelligence provider to produce the answer. Do not enter sensitive personal information in the chat. Conversations are kept for a limited period, set by the hotel, to improve the answers, and then deleted automatically.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work (session and language). No advertising or tracking cookies are used unless you accept them in the cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to
